From 13 phones to a single dashboard, with 700 variations a day
Filipe posted one by one across 13 phones and tracked each account's health by hand. Now he schedules the week in an afternoon, a different version per page.

Each account lived on a phone: there were about 13, between official and backup pages. To post, Filipe picked them up one by one, uploaded the video, wrote the caption and moved on to the next. He tracked account health the same way, opening each profile to see whether delivery had dropped or an account had been locked.

Today the accounts are connected to a single dashboard. Filipe uploads the videos, generates the variations (about 700 a day) so each page gets a different version, and schedules the whole week in an afternoon. The health of the official and backup accounts shows up in the same place, with an alert when one needs attention.
“I had about 13 phones, each with an account, and posted one by one. Now I schedule the whole week in an afternoon, with a different version on every page, and see the health of all of them in the same dashboard.”
