Frequently asked questions

Do I need an AI account?

Yes. Editing by message happens in your assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor), connected to DevX Viral via MCP. In the dashboard, you edit with the mouse.

Which plan?

Creating and editing through AI is on Pro and Agency. On Essential, the connected AI can only read.

Does the AI post on its own?

It does what you ask, within the key's permissions (editor, analyst or admin). You follow every action in the editor and take control whenever you want.
